Nokia will sell phones and mobile devices with WiMAX technology for Internet connection. Motorola will also sell mobile WiMAX.

Intel is the world’s largest chip maker, Nokia, Samsung Electronics, a global leader in semiconductor, telecommunication and digital convergence technology, and Motorola also support WiMAX com open standard for wireless broadband Internet alternative to mobile phone networks third generation 3G +, where Internet access could slow if the networks are saturated with voice calls. WiMAX promises wireless broadband much cheaper, up to 10 times cheaper than current cellular networks of third generation. However, it is well suited for wireless voice calls.

Regulators rent the radio spectrum for WiMAX networks at lower prices than the spectrum of mobile 3G +, and WiMAX equipment vendors claim the infrastructure and equipment will be cheaper than 3G + systems. When does the market? At what price?. Who puts the infrastructure?
